Our stationery associates are trained to proofread all orders for spelling, grammar, wording and etiquette, however, we cannot verify all customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names, unusual event location, town or street names, the date of your event or anything else out of the norm so please review your wording carefully. We encourage you to check your online proof, where you will be able to review the spelling of your text thoroughly before submitting your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation where you will be able to conduct a final review of the text.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to make the necessary changes.  We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time.  It will depend on how quickly your order is being processed.  Corrections made after the order has been submitted but prior to printing will be subject to an additional $10.00 service fee.

Changes or errors in your order AFTER it is printed:
In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording does get printed, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 35% discount.

If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff or the vendor, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
